My husband likes to think that you can fix anything if you have the right tools.&n However, that is only partly true. You can have all the right tools but still not know what to do with them. Experience is just as - if not more - important.

So it’s true that you need the right tools to get the job done, but you also need someone who is experienced. We are trying to help the School for some project. I think it’s going to be a fence. I don’t know the whole detail yet!

Its Saturday morning and I’m running around trying to get stuff done. First I had to take my daughter to ballet lesson and left there. I went out quickly to the grocery store to get some baking stuff for my daughter’s birthday. I will be making cake pops and cupcakes for them to decorate. It will be my first time doing this so I hope everything will turn out okay. My daughter keeps asking me when their friends are are coming! She is very excited and so am I.

As they say Thank God it's Friday. Well yah! That’s only good if you don’t work overtime. This weekend I was asked to work overtime but I said maybe Sunday I work provided if the machine will be fixed. It’s not really 100% sure. I have to find out tomorrow if someone fixed it. It was down for about 4 days now. And no one can fix it so they have to call somebody from the US. However tomorrow my daughter is having a birthday party!

It’s almost 12 midnight and I’m still up trying to finish up something in my computer. I can’t believe it’s Thursday already. I hope the weather tomorrow will be good. Anyway I just want to mention here that I will be talking about business car insurance and other type of insurances. I don’t know before those insurances are very important in one’s life. I only knew before about life insurance and then I found out that if you own a car you must have insurance. It’s a law and there’s no exception. When I rented my first apartment I had to get an insurance too to protect my belongings like jewelry and furniture’s. Ten years ago I start working in an auto shop manufacturing making car parts. When I became full-time we were offered group health insurance coverage for all employees. Health is very important too so not only car and home. As I said before everything has to be insured even for a dog. Can you believe that! While we are at talking insurances I might as well talk to you about Insurance Information Exchange and I don’t really know what exactly that is. My friend mentioned it at one time when we were talking about where to find cheapest car insurance.

It’s Sunday night and I’m very anxious now because I’m going back to work tomorrow for the first time since I stopped working. I claimed maternity leave for a year now and it’s time to go back to work. As I said I’m very anxious because I have to leave my baby at home. I will miss him terribly. He will be turning a year this Thursday you know. I can’t believe it. Time really fly so fast. It feels like just yesterday. Anyway I need to do some shopping online tonight. I have some Home Depot coupons that I’ve found online and it’s perfect because I need to buy some office supplies. Hubby is also considering a new printer. We have lots of printers but they are old so HP coupons are also what I need. I’ m sure you will agree with me that coupons are great for shopping online. I love to save money you know. We all are for sure. I have shopping online these days and I love it. It’s very convenient and easy. The last time I shopped I bought desktop and Cafepress t-shirts for myself and hubby. Hubby was laughing every time the UPS came to the door because he knows I ordered something online again!

Month of August is almost over. There’s only 1 week more to go and month of September will be here. It’ back to School for my daughter too. It’s also my time to go back to work after 1 year maternity leave. I can’t believe how time flies so quickly. It was just like yesterday. When September comes it’s also time think about shopping. You know Christmas shopping! I told myself that this year will be different in terms of holiday shopping. I will do it earlier. Shopping has been convenient for me these days since I learn to di it online. As long as you have PayPal account there is no problem at all. In fact last week I ordered a custom tshirt. It’s about photography and it says” Peace…love... photography and there’s camera image in it. I got it on time and I really love it. The service is awesome so I’m thinking of ordering another shirt for my daughter. I will probably order like sports t shirts or school shirts. I think it’s better to ask my daughter what she wants or I could go to Death by T-Shirt blog to get an idea. When I browse the site 2 days ago there are tons of photos to look at. I have to go now and happy shopping to all!

Summer Vacation

Hello everyone! It’s been a while that I haven’t updated this blog. Well because summer is here and you know that there are so many outdoor activities. We just came back from cottage vacation. We had a great time spending it with my while family and also extended family. We spent most of the time at the beach. My kids love it there. In fact my daughter still there enjoying every minute of it. My in-laws have taking care of my daughter and they own the cottage. We were planning to go back there but we change our minds. We will just wait for my daughter to come home this weekend and then perhaps go somewhere else like a bigger beach.

I can’t believe it’s been 16 years that I have been using computers. I remember before how ignorant I was with technology especially with computers. I must say I can now do a lot of things on the internet on my own. I taught myself how to use the computer including how to type. I’m also leaning html, making websites. I did get a lot of help from online friends. I also managed to learn from online tutorials. They are very easy to follow a friendly user and it’s free too. I own 10 blogs right now and making money as well. I have to use ecommerce web hosting for my sites in order for it to work online. I’m very proud of myself because I never thought I could learn something like this without going to School. Now I’m very happy as well because I am using my talent in blogging and continue learning how to be a better blogger. I am very thankful that we have internet and computers. They are great tools for us too because we are able to communicate with our friends and family all over the world. Anyway I’m also very happy with my web hosting!

Father’s day was spent at the beach in our town. It’s actually just a little beach that situated in a manmade lake. We spent there all afternoon with friends and family. As we getting old we are feeling a lot of things in our bodies. We get pains in our joints and everywhere else. And also we become weak and less active but not all though. When we get old our sight becomes blurry as well and we need to go and see a Doctor for eye or Optometrist. In my mother’s case she was suffering from cataract and she had surgery twice already. She has been wearing eye glasses for many years now. Thank God her eyes are not bothering her anymore. Her eye glass is working well but she needs some extra eye glasses because sometimes she misplaces it. I told her that I can get her some really cheap eye glass online. She was delighted to hear it from me. She spent about couple hundred with her eye glass before. I know it’s too much money. But now I know where to get an 8 dollar eye glasses. I could use some of this eyeglass that I’m talking about since I’m having problems reading with small words. I‘ve never experience this before and it makes me sad a little bit. My mom-in-law said that when we are reaching at the age of 40 and up our eyes start to deteriorate.

Everywhere I go I have books in bag but now there’s no way I can relax and read a good book. Well my point is that you can read an eBooks online. In fact I just came across a search engine tool called pdf search which is users doesn’t have to spend a lot of time searching for the eBook they are looking for. It looks like this tool is very useful and good especially if you love to download.

Hello my fellow bloggers. How are you today? I hope you had a great day. Well for me I was at work today but then I came home because the machine at work was down. I came about 12 noon and I went out again to do some errands with my daughter. After that we went to the mall and did some shopping. I bought my daughter a summer dress that she can wear this Sunday for Church and Father’s day. As you know this Sunday is Father’s day. Anyway I saw some arts in the mall. It’s more like portraits and I really love it. I came home and started looking on the internet and found Michael & Inessa Garmash site. I was browsing around and I feel in love with Tender Moment painting. It’s beautiful and so sweet.

Hello! How are you these days? I hope you are doing fine. As for me here I’m getting ready for work. I’ll be working this afternoon until 11pm. Oh gosh it’s almost midnight here and I’m still up doing some stuff here and there. I’m still trying to breathe comfortably. I am hoping to get better soon so that I can do things that I want to do. I am supposed to go to a restaurant tomorrow to meet all my girlfriends for dinner to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. I feel bad about this but I don’t want to take risk for going their especially that I am not completely well. I am supposed to go to a Vietnamese Restaurant which I really miss so much. I love their beef noodles soup. Well enough about this. It’s making me hungry. I will now talk about SOGO Active which is designed by Coca-Cola and other partners. They promote Sogo Active to help group of young or teenagers ages 13 to 19 to be physically active. The best thing about Sogo Active is that they are promoting to be a torchbearer for the Olympics. Isn’t that wonderful news? Last October 21 in Halifax Coca-Cola announced that Active Halifax Communities will be the first community organization in Nova Scotia to host the SOGO. Apparently Coca-Cola will award over 1,000 torchbearer spots in the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Torch Relay. Wow! I didn’t even know that Vancouver is hosting the 2010 Olympic. It will be an honor for any Canadian youth who will participate to this program and will have a chance to carry the Olympic flame. It could be you!

As they say TGI Friday. It’s sad to say that I’m still home and not able to go to work today. A supervisor called this morning but I was sleeping so I guess they want to know whether I was able to work this afternoon. Unfortunately I am completely well and I don’t to push myself. I must admit that I’ve been thinking about the money that I lost over these few these. On top of that another supervisor called again this afternoon and asked me if I’m able to work tomorrow. I can’t believe that my daughter is sick after going back to school. I don’t know why this is happening and she missed School today. Me on the other hand I came home from work last night around 7:30 because I was so sick too. But then last night I feel so cold and all my legs were in pain that’s why I decided to go home. Last night I had to wear double clothes and blankets and gloves as well. I don’t know why my logs were in pain until now. It never happens to me before. Looks like I miss work again tonight. We supposed to work 10 hours yesterday and today. Well enough about me. Hello friends! How’s your morning? I woke this morning around 7am and packed my daughter’s lunch. O got her bag ready but my daughter didn’t get up. She said she was still sleepy. I gave her some time to sleep a little bit. Finally she got up before 8 am. She got dressed and ate her hotdog. I took some pictures before we went to School. We got there a little bit early before the bells ring. We went inside the school to wait because it was too cold outside. Anyway I left the school and went the grocery store to pick up some chicken, banana, hotdogs and vegetables. When I got home I cooked chicken soup for dinner. When I was growing up I never even heard about Santa’s lap only Santa Claus but never see him like we do see him in the mall or parades. I guess because I used to live in the village or barrio.
